The Royal Hawaiian, a Luxury Collection Resort is saying “Mele Kalikimaka” in a truly sweet way with the debut of the Royal Gingerbread Bell Tower on December 5th.
The architect of the masterpiece is Executive Pastry Chef Carolyn Portuondo who spent 56 hours of labor and lots of holiday love.
Fully edible, the Royal Gingerbread Pink Palace is 10’ tall and and made of 80 full sheets of gingerbread, 200 pounds of icing, and 50 pounds of chocolate.
