Nuuanu Pali Lookout
As you drive up the Pali Highway through tall trees and tranquil beauty, you will get to the Nuuanu Pali Lookout, which offers panoramic views of the Koolau cliffs and the lush Windward Coast. “Pali,” meaning “cliff” in Hawaiian, is the site of the Battle of Nuuanu, where King Kamehameha I won the struggle that finally united Oahu under his rule in 1795.
Grace’s Inn offers Hawaiian comfort food and local plate lunch options. Popular for their chicken katsu, enjoy a taste of Oahu’s local flavors daily during breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Offering delectable and onolicious local food, Bob’s Bar-B-Que was founded in 1978, specializing in BBQ items such as ribs and burgers, using their homemade Bob’s Bar-B-Que Teriyaki Sauce.
Mokuleia Beach Park
Located on Oahu’s North Shore, the long and sandy Mokuleia Beach Park is known to have shallow reef, perfect for ocean activities including snorkeling and fishing, as well as tables in the area that make it perfect for picnics. It’s also a popular camping spot.
